Can we order sibling pictures together?
Yes! Click on "Have you received another access code?" You can enter a maximum of five access codes at the same time. This will unlock all available photos. You can order combined and save shipping costs.
I have received an access card with an access code - how can I order photos?
If you have received an access card with a personal access code, click on "ACCESS CODE LOGIN"in the main menu, then enter the access code and then click on "Open album".
I have received an email with login details - how can I order photos?
If you have received an email with access data, click on the button in the email where you will get to the album. You will then be taken to the "customer login" page. Enter your access data here, i.e. email address and the password you received.
Where do we see the status of our order such as Receipt of money, production or shipping date?
The easiest way is to click on the link in your order email. Alternatively, you can log in with your password and your e-mail address at "PASSWORD LOGIN" under "Customer login". You will find the order details under "My Account".
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the one hand on the payment method. When paying by PayPal and direct debit, the order is executed directly. Prepayment usually takes 3-4 days longer. On the other hand, the delivery time depends on the selected products. The production times can be found in the respective product information.
Is the logo (watermark) removed from the picture?
Naturally! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.
What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We only work with selected specialist laboratories. These specialist laboratories use high-quality materials from well-known suppliers in order not to compromise on quality. Should a mistake nevertheless occur, we will of course take care of it.
Can you adjust the image section?
Yes. You can do this in the shopping cart. If you reduce the image section, an enlargement of the respective area is created. Pay attention to the stars, which indicate whether the resolution of the photo is sufficient for the enlargement. You can also fit a photo so that nothing is cut off from the subject.
I rarely order online - how can I order photos here?
Select a photo you like from a photo album and click on it. Then select the product of your choice, enter the number and click on the button: "Add to cart". If you have added all the photos you like to the shopping cart, click on "Shopping cart" in the top right corner and follow the instructions.
Availability
The photos can be ordered one month after they have been published in the gallery. The photos are then deleted to save space.
Watermark
The watermark in the photos is only for protection. When you order the photos, the watermark on the photos will be removed. Both for the downloads and the print products.
Delivery time
After receipt of payment, the photos will be sent to your home immediately. The delivery time for most products is 2-3 days. You can download digital downloads directly.

The photos are exposed by our specialized laboratory. We only use high quality and durable materials. Silk paper is particularly suitable for portraits..
